Q: What happens if the car has a problem a week after I buy it?
A: Under our “As-Is” policy, the vehicle is your responsibility after the sale is final if you did not purchase the optional warranty. If you purchased the Flex Protect warranty, contact Cars Protection to file a claim according to the terms of your contract.

Q: Is the optional warranty worth it?
A: For $200, the Flex Protect Level 1 plan provides financial protection against costly repairs to major components like the engine and transmission. Many buyers find it gives excellent value and peace of mind.

Q: Are any of your cars NOT sold “As-Is”?
A: On occasion, we may have a vehicle that includes a limited dealer warranty. This will be explicitly advertised on the vehicle’s listing and clearly detailed in your sales paperwork. If not stated, the vehicle is “As-Is.”
